location
staff and their behaviour. After booking they asked advance payment prior to reach hotel. After paying at bank, again at reception, they insisted for payment. Reluctant to listen to the customer.

We did not have a good experience at Zahra White Palace hotel. We arrived at 23:30 on the 4th May and were told that we would have to pay for the 3 nights booked immediately by cash they do not accept credit cards! This was not mentioned in our booking. The hotel was not even 2 stars. The shower was blocked and no-one spoke english so we could not even make them understyand the problem. The hotel was not 300 m from the kaba as advertised it was more like 1000m. When we returned to London we were sent an email by you which sais that we did not show up at the hotel and wre charged another 540 sr cancelleation fee. So we are paying twice for the bad experience. I phoned you on the 11th May but No-one from your company has replied to my email

I like the price of the hotel and that's were it ends.
Location is on top of a hill/mountain, none of the staff know how to speak english, would not recommend to anyone. It will ruin your ummrah or hajj

The location is near by kabaa. It takes about 15-20 minutes of walk. There are two buses that are going to kabaa from the hotel after and before every prayer.
Rooms and bathrooms are small. English is not widely spoken.
